  I am not impressed with their sales team. I sent a request for a quote, 16 under desk drawers, fully assembled and delivered. A quote came back and I was happy with the price. However the quote did not include the delivery inside the office, only curbside and the drawers were not fully assembled. Handles and wheels were off. Communication was slow and very unhelpful. At the end I cancelled the order and went with another company. I should have listen to my gut feeling, from the beginning they were unpleasant to deal with. When you are in sales you don't do the things I experienced with them.

  great service and product. I made an appointment to go check out the showroom where I tried out all the chairs and found the perfect one for my needs (and 6'5" body). The chair is great, couldnt be happier!

  I recently placed an order for caster wheels for one of our office chairs. The order was processed quickly and arrived within days. Realizing the difference these new casters made I placed another order on 3 April and picked it up on 6 April in Sydney! I am very happy with the goods I purchased and the prompt delivery service.
